Mass notifications

Mass notifications are e-mail messages summarizing number of active tasks (direct and DW) in all processes as well as details of tasks for each process accordingly to process configuration. E-mails are sent only to people with active tasks.

Changing the settings of mass notifications is possible by checking/unchecking two boxes:

Users can opt out of notifications – when this box is checked, system users will be able to opt out of receiving mass notifications. The user will be able to activate or deactivate receiving mass notifications through their profile configuration.

Log additional data – when this box is checked, additional user-defined information will be logged in the mass notification.
