Global privileges

The node allows you to grant specific users global administrator or read-only privileges with regard to all the existing processes.

1. System administrators​

The section enables defining users with global administrator privileges to all the existing processes regardless of the already held privileges in the processes or lack thereof.

2. Check names​

The button allows you to check the names of the entered users.

3. Browse​

Opens a window where you can search for users and select them.

4. Business administrators​

Defines users with global business administrator privileges.

5. Workflow data read-only access​

Specifies users with global read-only privileges to all the existing processes regardless of the already held privileges in the processes or lack thereof.
