1. Users list synchronization time​

The times at which the service will activate synchronization of BPS users list. Operate using the "New" and "Delete" buttons.

2. KPI Analysis refresh configuration​

The times at which the service will activate generation of statistical analyses for individual steps. Operate using the "New" and "Delete" buttons.

3. Substitution configuration ​

The times at which the service will start substitution support for tasks on WEBCON workflow instances. Operate using the "New" and "Delete" buttons.

4. Exchange rate download starting times​

The times at which the service will update the table of exchange rates. Operate using the "New" and "Delete" buttons.

5. Data Source​

The data source to be used when downloading the currency exchange rates. E.g. the National Bank of Poland option indicates the rates published to the official NBP API endpoint. Note that exchange rate data sources will differ in data availability (some publish average prices, others only ask/bid prices etc.) and pricing system (direct/indirect quotation). 

If there is no proxy, the synchronization with ECB is possible through port 443.

6. Exchange rate download date​

The date from which exchange rates are to be loaded.
For example, for 01/01/2005 the rates will be loaded from the year 2005 up untill the current day.

7. Maintenance and night hours​

Maintenance and night hours are mentioned in the maintenance plan tab.

The definition of night hours. They are important for starting timeouts and the asynchronous OCR.
