Change form type
The action is available as a Menu button and it allows you to force a change in the Form type for the registered forms, i.e. those already saved in the database.
If, for example, a workflow with a wrong Form type has been started, or it has been incorrectly defined based on the bar code scan, there is no need to delete and register it again. This action allows you to make modifications to a form type on the existing form.
Using the action will delete form field values other than global and system ones, while attachments added to the original form will remain unchanged.
If the box Form type choice within process is checked, the ability to change form types will be limited to only the types defined within the process.
