Privileges and public access

Actions for changing privileges and for sharing tasks and workflow instances.

📄️ Add privileges

The action allows you to add extra privileges to the workflow instance. Default privileges expire after going through a path.

📄️ Remove privileges

The action allows you to reduce privileges to the instance (e.g. on the subworkflow).

📄️ Share workflow instance

The action is used to share a selected BPS workflow instance in the read-only or edition mode.

📄️ Share task

The action is used to generate and directly share tasks in the system through a unique link.

📄️ Stop sharing

The action ends sharing of a specified instance for all users. Unlike the actions Share workflow instance and Share task, it does not send e-mail notifications.
