Mass notifications

Mass notifications are e-mail messages summarizing the number of active tasks (both direct and CC ones) in all processes, as well as details of tasks for each process in accordance with the process configuration.

1. User can opt out of notifications​

By selecting the checkbox you allow users to opt out of receiving mass notifications. The user will be able to activate or deactivate receiving mass notifications through their user profile configuration.

2. Log additional data​

When checked, additional user-defined information are logged in the mass notification.
