Cache
The node displays a list of cache files used by the system. It allows you to configure the aforementioned files, browse update logs and the content of cache files in all front-ends, and reset them.
Cache stored in frontends' memory
A list of cache files which have their data stored in the front-ends' memory.
The list allows you to check how long a given cache file remains valid, on which frontend and in which processes it is currently stored, as well as to clear the cache contents.
In the case of a farm with several front-ends, the cache clearing is automatic for one of the front-ends, whereas for the remaining ones it is run only after the first use of any cache on that frontend server.
The report contains information about the computer that stores the cache. In addition, it displays information about computers and processes that used the cache in the last 24 hours. (If the IIS process has been recreated or restarted, then some outdated processes might be displayed.)
For each process and computer, you can learn about the number of records stored for the selected cache, the time the data was last loaded into the cache, and the time the cache contents were last cleared.
