The column allows users to add related attachments to the Item list items.

1. Allow adding more than one attachment​

Selecting the checkbox allows users to add more than one attachment to an Item list item.

2. Attachments source​

The section specifies the source of attachments:

  • Parent workflow instances (attachments from the parent instances)
  • Child workflow instances (attachments from the child instances)
  • SQL query (attachments returned by an SQL query) – once the checkbox is selected, the query edition field becomes active. The following columns are available for the query: ATT_ID (attachment's ID), ElementName [description of an instance to which an attachment belongs (a signature by default)], and Category [description of an attachment category (an attachment category name by default)].

3. Variables editor​

Dynamically generated tree containing all variables that may be used in a given location in Designer Studio. Information on how to use variables in WEBCON BPS, as well as a list of variables, can be found in a separate chapter.
