Update privileges for a OneDrive file

The action allows adding access privileges to a form attachment in the form of a document shared via the Microsoft OneDrive service. The privileges are assigned to users who have access to the instance containing the aforementioned attachment. (The ability to edit or view the document in OneDrive depends on the type of permissions the user holds for the respective instance workflow.)

1. Mode​

The field allows you to specify how the action will be executed when it is necessary to update the privileges for a file shared on OneDrive. Users can choose one of the following options:

  • Add privileges – permissions will be added only for users with permissions for the workflow instance; OneDrive permissions will not be deleted, so users who might lose permissions for the workflow instance will retain their OneDrive permissions;

  • Overwrite privileges – existing permissions will be overwritten. New permissions will be added only for users with current permissions for the workflow instance.
