Privileges
This tab contains the most important information about user privileges. Here you can assign Application administrator privileges which grant full access to the application configuration, or Portal designer privileges which grant configuration privileges to the WEBCON BPS Portal site. Users in charge of administrative processes are called Business administrators, and are responsible for configuring a process definition in Designer Studio, they can be assigned per process or globally (see Global privileges).
There are three levels of privileges: global (to the whole system), to an application, and those which are only for a specific process/workflow. The complete list of possibilities granted by certain level of privileges is given below.
