Basic columns
📄️ Single line of text
The column is intended for editing and displaying text with maximum length of 255 characters. The column configuration is very similar to the configuration of the Single line of text form field.
📄️ Multiple lines of text
The column is intended for editing and displaying large amount of text. The advanced configuration is almost identical to the configuration of the Multiple lines of text form field.
📄️ Floating-point number column
The column displays decimal numbers with up to five decimal places.
📄️ Calculated field configuration
The column allows you to define an arithmetic expression calculating column value.
📄️ Hyperlink
The column displays links on the Item list.
📄️ Data Row
The column displays the value contained in the first column of the first row of the query result. The column value is not saved in the database.
📄️ Calculated text value
The field displays the value found in the first column of the first row from the query result. This value is stored in data base.
📄️ Local attachments
The column allows users to add local attachments to the Item list items.
📄️ Related attachments
The column allows users to add related attachments to the Item list items.
📄️ E-mail
The Item list column allows you to configure e-mail messages.
