A group of reports that provide basic analytical data about system performance and usage.

📄️ AI Analysis

The report includes the elements for which the AI analysis was performed.

📄️ Archive workflow instances queue

The report displays the elements scheduled to be archived by the actions Archive workflow instances or Archived instances retention.

📄️ Cyclical actions

The report contains information on the execution of Cyclical actions configured on workflows.

📄️ Email sending report

The report is a summary of emails sent by the system.

📄️ Mass notifications sending report

The report is a summary of the Mass notifications sent by the system, the content and frequency of which is determined by the settings in System settings.

📄️ SOLR indexer queue

Information about instances registered in WEBCON BPS is stored in the MS SQL database and in Apache SOLR indexes, which allows for a quick search. While the system is running, activities such as registering a new instance, following a path, or saving an instance generate entries in the queue of elements to be saved in SOLR. WebCon WorkFlow Service is responsible for sending data to Apache SOLR, which processes the queue of elements for indexing.

The report shows information concerning the activity of WEBCON BPS users.

📄️ Timer operations activity analysis

The report shows the history of starting timer actions.

📄️ User tasks analysis

The report provides information about the tasks performed by workflow users.
