Cancel performance indicator
This action is used to cancel calculating Performance indicators defined for the process.
Its purpose is to cancel the ongoing calculation, or completely clear the value of the indicator.
Action configuration
Choose the Performance indicator and its Operating mode.
Operating mode
Canceling can happen in two ways:
Cancel last start execution – restores the indicator to the value it had when it was last stopped. If the indicator has only been started once and has never been stopped, the action deletes all data related to the calculation of the performance indicator.
Multiple activations of this action will not undo earlier calculations.
Cancel all executions – deletes all performance indicator data as if the indicator had never been started.
A ticketing process calculates the total time devoted to tickets. A ticket is rejected, performance indicator values associated with it are canceled completely.
