The report displays the workflow instances that may be of most interest to the user at a given time. These instances are determined based on the Modification date and time and Modified by values. This includes all instances created by the user and their subordinates, as well as instances assigned to them (e.g. for approval) or modified by them. The shorter the time since an instance was last modified, the higher it will appear in the report.

The Suggested report is created automatically and requires no additional configuration. You can decide which instances will be included in the report by selecting the appropriate filters on the left side of the page.
