Actions used to define substitutions.

📄️ Add a substitution

Substitutions in WEBCON BPS are one of the features for optimizing business processes. This action is used to handle substitutions for an absent employee (system user).

📄️ Remove a substitution

The action allows you to remove the previously added substitution. In order to remove the substitution you need to create a business rule that returns the ID of the instance in which the substitution you want to remove has been created. It is possible to remove only those substitutions that were created with the Add a substitution action.
